Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment reliability and uptime.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance initiatives.
- Oversee capital projects, budgeting, and resource allocation for facility upgrades and equipment replacements.
- Implement safety and regulatory compliance programs, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and process optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in maintenance and engineering leadership.
- Proven track record in reliability engineering and preventive maintenance program development.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
