Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with agency goals and public housing mandates.
- Oversee infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, policy development, and incident response.
- Drive AI and data analytics projects to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage IT operations, vendor relationships, and budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, consultants, and managed service providers to align technology with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a public sector or large organization.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI implementation.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
