About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end integration of battery modules and packs, ensuring seamless transition from design to mass production.
- Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes, leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize throughput and quality.
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to align integration strategies with product specifications and customer requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, setting milestones, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to meet production release schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in battery or high‑volume manufacturing integration, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale production launches.
- Strong background in systems integration, process engineering, and project management.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on experience with battery chemistry (lithium or sodium‑ion) and related safety standards is highly desirable.
