Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud architectures, ensuring robust controls across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response plans, driving continuous improvement and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security best practices into development, operations, and data governance.
- Manage a high‑performing security engineering team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in security architecture, cloud security, and risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Proven track record of managing incident response and compliance programs in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) preferred.
