Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑powered HR technology solutions, positioning the organization as a thought leader in the space.
- Lead business development initiatives, cultivating relationships with C‑suite executives and steering complex sales cycles to close high‑value deals.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of HR transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect scalable, data‑driven HR platforms that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, incorporating best practices in agile, DevOps, and AI governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology, AI, or related consulting domains, with a proven track record in GTM and business development.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, talent analytics, and AI/ML applications in workforce management.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architecture is a plus.
