Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performance engineering team to design, validate, and ship cutting‑edge FPGA and ASIC solutions for AI, cloud, networking, and edge markets, driving innovation through advanced RTL, SystemVerilog, and IP integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end design flow for FPGA and ASIC products, ensuring high‑quality RTL, synthesis, place‑and‑route, and timing closure.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in architecture, verification, and IP integration, fostering collaboration between hardware, firmware, and software groups.
- Drive continuous improvement of design methodologies, toolchains, and best practices to increase productivity and reduce time‑to‑market.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, establishing a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product management and customers to define feature roadmaps and technical specifications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FPGA/ASIC design, with deep expertise in RTL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
- Proven track record managing large engineering teams and delivering complex hardware projects on schedule.
- Strong knowledge of design tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Xilinx/Intel toolchains) and IP integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for emerging technologies in AI, cloud, networking, and edge computing.
