Director of Enterprise Systems Test - Anduril

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy for Lattice OS and associated defense applications, ensuring alignment with mission‑critical requirements.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of test engineers, architects, and QA analysts to deliver high‑quality, automated test suites across CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to define testable acceptance criteria, risk assessments, and defect resolution processes.
• Implement advanced test automation frameworks, leveraging AI/ML techniques to detect anomalies and predict failure modes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating industry best practices, metrics, and tooling to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within complex, mission‑critical systems.
• Deep expertise in test automation, test strategy, and enterprise system testing, preferably in defense or aerospace environments.
• Proficiency with modern testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, PyTest) and CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, and sensor fusion concepts as they relate to software quality.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
