About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing operations.
- Govern ERP and MRP platforms, maintaining data integrity, process compliance, and system optimization.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new ERP solutions and AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate digital technologies, automate workflows, and improve data visibility across the organization.
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks, security policies, and change management processes for all enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems leadership within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Deep expertise in ERP/MRP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and AI/ML integration.
- Proven track record of driving large‑scale digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
