About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering vision, roadmap, and technical strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable, cloud‑native services (primarily on AWS) and micro‑service ecosystems.
- Build, mentor, and retain high‑performing engineering teams, promoting a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and Agile best practices.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure high quality and rapid delivery.
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations leaders to translate mission‑critical requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record designing and delivering large‑scale, cloud‑based platforms (AWS preferred).
- Deep expertise in modern software architecture, micro‑services, and DevOps practices.
- Strong Agile leadership skills, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and team coaching.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a passion for mission‑driven impact.
