Lead a cross‑functional engineering team building AI‑powered voice and conversational experiences that preserve family memories, leveraging AWS, full‑stack web and mobile technologies, and advanced machine learning models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions that capture, store, and replay voice interviews and stories.
- Guide a small, high‑impact engineering team in adopting best practices for scalable, cloud‑native services on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science to translate user stories into robust, production‑ready features.
- Drive continuous improvement of ML pipelines, model training, and inference performance.
- Champion code quality, security, and DevOps practices across the stack.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering leadership with proven success in full‑stack and ML product development.
- Deep experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, SageMaker, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Strong background in building voice‑enabled and conversational AI applications.
- Hands‑on proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring teams.
