The Director of Engineering, Machine Learning will lead a team focused on developing advanced machine learning solutions to understand on-field data and enhance the fan experience. This role involves managing engineers, driving technological innovation, and building scalable ML algorithms for MLB's products.

We are looking for an experienced leader for our Machine Learning team. This team is tasked with developing a deep understanding of the data captured on the field. With the launch of Statcast in 2015, MLB began tracking ball and player movements for each and every play.
