Engineering Manager
Strategic engineering leader responsible for driving architecture, delivery, and high‑performing teams while championing Agile practices, cloud solutions, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for multiple product lines, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering organization of 30+ engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and champion Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliver high‑quality software on schedule.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure strategy (primarily AWS), optimizing cost, reliability, and deployment automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record designing and scaling complex, cloud‑native systems.
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern DevOps toolchains.
- Strong people‑management skills, with experience building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
