About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor several engineering squads focused on core product experiences, AI capabilities, and developer tooling.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of microservices and cloud services.
- Partner with product, data science, and design leaders to translate business goals into engineering deliverables.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and observability across all teams.
- Drive hiring, career development, and culture initiatives to build a high‑performing engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably as a Director or Head of Engineering.
- Proven track record delivering AI‑enabled products at scale.
- Deep expertise in microservices, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern programming languages such as Python.
- Strong people‑management skills with a focus on mentorship, hiring, and fostering inclusive teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across cross‑functional groups.
