About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, setting vision and ensuring delivery of cutting‑edge inertial guidance and motion simulation products.
- Oversee design, development, and validation of guidance systems, ATE solutions, and quality manufacturing processes for aerospace clients.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean principles to enhance product quality, reduce cycle time, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align engineering roadmaps with business objectives and market demands.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining rigorous documentation and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership in aerospace or related high‑precision manufacturing.
- Proven track record of implementing lean continuous improvement in a complex engineering environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to executive leadership and external partners.
- Hands‑on experience with quality manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance in aerospace.
