Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the delivery of scalable, cloud‑native microservices that power end‑to‑end grocery fulfillment and routing systems.
- Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of scaling engineering teams.
