Engineering Manager
Lead a multi‑disciplinary engineering team to design, build, and scale edge data‑center platforms for AI, 5G, and hybrid cloud workloads, driving architecture, automation, and delivery excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for edge data‑center services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance for AI, 5G, and hybrid cloud workloads.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing engineering organization across software, infrastructure, and automation teams.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of cloud‑native solutions using Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern programming languages (Python, Go).
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust engineering deliverables.
- Establish engineering best practices, governance, and metrics to continuously improve delivery speed and quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, preferably in edge computing, data‑center, or cloud infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record designing and scaling distributed systems that support AI, 5G, or hybrid‑cloud workloads.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong hands‑on programming skills in Python and Go, with a solid understanding of software architecture patterns.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership abilities.
