About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute enablement strategies that integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce platforms, ensuring scalable adoption across business units.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing learning modules, workshops, and digital resources to upskill users and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate technical advancements into actionable training and support programs.
- Measure and report on enablement effectiveness using metrics such as adoption rates, user satisfaction, and ROI.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback loops to refine content, tools, and delivery methods.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology enablement, program management, or learning & development within enterprise SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, AI integration, and modern learning technologies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and driving cultural change.
