Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for AI‑powered customer experience initiatives across digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, design, analytics) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that enhance engagement and conversion.
- Leverage data science and machine learning to personalize interactions, predict user needs, and optimize journey flows.
- Champion UX best practices, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and high‑impact experiences for diverse audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of data scientists, designers, and product managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership, with a strong focus on customer experience and AI technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions that scale and deliver measurable business value.
- Deep expertise in UX design principles, data analytics, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience leading diverse, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
