Director of Data Science & Engineering - Adobe

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 0‑to‑1 data strategy that consolidates product usage data across multiple services.
• Build and own KPI frameworks and dashboards that measure customer health, product adoption, and platform performance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts to develop predictive models and automated insights.
• Partner with product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to translate analytical findings into actionable product improvements.
• Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and scalability on cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern machine‑learning libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong background in building data pipelines and scalable data platforms on AWS or equivalent cloud services.
• Demonstrated ability to design KPI frameworks, dashboards, and predictive models that drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
