Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the full lifecycle of computer vision solutions, from research to production deployment on AWS.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive model performance optimization, including data pipeline design, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment of scalable inference services.
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for model validation, reproducibility, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI systems.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenCV, and cloud platforms (AWS, SageMaker).
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and scaling technical teams.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
