Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end‑to‑end business process improvements that align with strategic goals.
Oversee the integration and enhancement of ERP and other enterprise systems to support manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and measure impact.
Develop and maintain governance frameworks for process and system standards.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in business process management and systems integration within a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of leading large‑scale ERP implementations and process transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change‑management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
