About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise architecture for Agentic AI Claims Automation, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing AI/ML models, data pipelines, and cloud-native services that accelerate claims processing.
- Champion best practices in security, privacy, and compliance across all architectural artifacts.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science leaders to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Advise senior leadership on technology roadmaps, emerging trends, and investment opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on AI/ML and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, secure data analytics and automation solutions in regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, data governance, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving architectural excellence.
