About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy, aligning Generative AI initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead a cross‑functional team to identify, prototype, and roll out AI solutions that enhance operational workflows and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Establish governance, ethical guidelines, and performance metrics for AI deployments, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and ROI, translating technical concepts into business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML product development with a proven track record of scaling Generative AI solutions.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud AI services.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving cross‑departmental collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI practices.
