About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team in the development of advanced chip design, verification, and IP integration projects.
- Architect end‑to‑end application solutions that enable self‑driving cars, learning machines, and other pervasive intelligence use cases.
- Collaborate closely with product, research, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver high‑performance silicon and software products.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tooling, and best practices to increase productivity and quality.
- Represent the organization in cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design, verification, or IP integration, with a proven track record of leading large engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in silicon design flows, verification methodologies, and software integration for high‑performance systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Pervasive Intelligence technologies such as autonomous driving, machine learning, or edge AI.
- Advanced degree (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
