About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that supports clinical, research, and operational objectives across multiple campuses.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver predictive models, dashboards, and insights using Python, SQL, and Tableau.
- Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the migration of analytics workloads to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and optimize performance and cost.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics or data science leadership roles within healthcare or a large enterprise.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data governance.
- Experience managing cloud-based analytics infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
