Director of Analytics - HCA Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics strategy for the Patient Logistics Center, ensuring timely, high‑quality insights for executive leadership.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools.
• Lead a cross‑functional analytics team, mentoring analysts and fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to integrate data sources, validate data quality, and optimize reporting processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with a strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry is highly desirable.
