About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the analytics vision and roadmap for the DTC business, aligning data initiatives with revenue and customer experience goals.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and data‑driven decision making.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting frameworks using SQL and modern data platforms.
- Lead advanced analytics projects—including segmentation, predictive modeling, and machine‑learning solutions—to optimize acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Partner with product, marketing, and commerce stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions, delivering clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in SQL, Python (or R), and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven track record designing data warehouses, ETL processes, and implementing statistical models or machine‑learning algorithms at scale.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce metrics, A/B testing methodology, and customer journey analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex insights to senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
