About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives in the event rental sector.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to build and deploy production‑grade models on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and analytics to translate customer insights into AI‑powered features and services.
- Ensure rigorous model governance, including data quality, bias mitigation, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Mentor and grow talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing cross‑functional teams.
