Engineering Manager
Lead AI Operations by designing, deploying, and maintaining Azure‑based data pipelines and APIs, while establishing robust CI/CD practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance AI services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end AI data pipelines on Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
- Design, develop, and manage secure APIs that expose AI models and services to internal and external consumers.
- Implement and continuously improve CI/CD workflows for AI model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data engineering, ML engineering, and security teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Define operational metrics, monitoring dashboards, and incident response processes for AI services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, data engineering, or related fields.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure ML, Azure Functions).
- Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Hands‑on experience designing and securing RESTful APIs for AI workloads.
- Leadership ability to guide cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence.
