Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale AI, data, and analytics programs across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Own the full AI delivery lifecycle—from intake and concept validation to production deployment and continuous improvement.
- Drive measurable outcomes by translating AI insights into tangible business value and ROI.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed AI capabilities into core products and services.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI delivery team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive leadership in AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering AI solutions from proof‑of‑concept to scalable production environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical outcomes into strategic value.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern AI tooling is a plus.
