About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI vision across RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, and attractions, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Architect, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models and data pipelines on AWS to improve guest personalization, pricing optimization, and operational forecasting.
- Partner with product, operations, and marketing leaders to translate business challenges into scalable AI and analytics solutions.
- Build and mentor a cross‑functional team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish governance, data quality standards, and performance metrics to ensure reliable, ethical AI deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or analytics leadership, preferably in hospitality or related consumer‑facing industries.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and hands‑on experience building production‑grade pipelines.
- Strong expertise with AWS services (SageMaker, Redshift, Lambda, EMR) and cloud‑native architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and deliver measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
