About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end admissions technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between CRM, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics dashboards and predictive models to inform recruitment, yield, and cohort performance.
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and finance teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies and process improvements.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of analysts and developers, setting priorities, managing projects, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Champion data governance, quality, and security standards across all admissions systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in admissions technology, data analytics, or related roles within higher education or a comparable sector.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and CRM platforms (e.g., Slate, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building predictive models and actionable dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
