About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the medical affairs strategy aligned with health‑impact and real‑world evidence objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, analyze, and interpret health economics and outcomes research studies.
- Develop and oversee data analytics pipelines, utilizing Python, SQL, and statistical methods to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including payers, health authorities, and key opinion leaders, to communicate value propositions.
- Provide scientific leadership for publications, conference presentations, and regulatory submissions related to health‑impact data.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in medical affairs, health‑impact research, or outcomes analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in real‑world evidence generation, health economics modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience building analytical workflows.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence internal and external stakeholders.
