Software Engineer
Lead a regional, cross‑functional team to design, govern, and maintain enterprise master data, ensuring data integrity, quality, and consistency across key business functions using MDM best practices and tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the MDM strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data stewards, developers, and analysts to design, build, and maintain MDM solutions.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and stewardship processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Applications, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure data consistency and integration.
- Monitor MDM performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancement of data quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data management, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on MDM.
- Deep knowledge of MDM concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality techniques.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Oracle MDM) is highly desirable.
