Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technology roadmap for the Marketplace Information Technology Group, aligning with federal healthcare policy objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable IT solutions that support the Affordable Care Act and No Surprises Act.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, data privacy standards, and industry best practices across all technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate policy requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management to optimize technology investments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in healthcare IT leadership, preferably within a federal or large public‑sector environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, regulatory‑compliant technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms, and data security in a healthcare context.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
