Leads the strategy, design, and delivery of learning systems for a national mental health organization, overseeing LMS implementation, curriculum development, data‑driven evaluation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall learning delivery strategy, aligning LMS platforms and e‑learning solutions with organizational goals.
- Design, build, and maintain high‑quality instructional content using authoring tools and best practices in instructional design.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and manage external vendors to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of learning initiatives.
- Analyze learner data and system metrics to assess effectiveness, generate insights, and continuously improve programs.
- Partner with policy, advocacy, and program leaders to integrate learning solutions that support mental health and substance‑use recovery initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Learning Management Systems and e‑learning programs, preferably in the health or nonprofit sector.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and use of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on schedule.
- Advanced analytical abilities to interpret learner data, generate reports, and drive evidence‑based improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners.
