Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver ESG data sourcing, scoring engine, and reporting solutions for public and private market clients.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization in collaboration with senior stakeholders and data scientists.
- Drive modernization initiatives, ensuring scalable architecture, high data quality, and compliance with ESG standards.
- Champion responsible AI practices, overseeing model governance, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Measure and report on business outcomes, iterating product features to maximize value for clients and the firm.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in financial services, with a focus on ESG or sustainability products.
- Deep understanding of ESG data frameworks, scoring methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of delivering complex data platforms and reporting tools at scale.
- Strong leadership skills, able to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
