Director, Infrastructure Security

As the Director of Infrastructure Security at 1password, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our infrastructure security strategy. This includes ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud-based services, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks. You will be responsible for designing and implementing secure infrastructure architectures, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive security initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure security strategy that aligns with 1password's business goals and objectives.
• Design and implement secure infrastructure architectures that meet the needs of our cloud-based services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, including development, operations, and compliance teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Develop and maintain relationships with security vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and trends.
• Provide security guidance and support to development teams to ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure security, with a strong background in cloud security and compliance.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure infrastructure architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive security initiatives across the organization.
• Strong technical background, with expertise in cloud security, compliance, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms is a plus.
