About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional security engineering team, setting strategy for cloud security, IAM, and secure software development.
- Design and implement threat modeling, risk assessments, and incident response plans for a high‑volume fintech platform.
- Drive DevSecOps practices, integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines and automating security testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, GDPR) and lead audit preparation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to embed security into the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IAM best practices.
- Proven track record in incident response, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Hands‑on experience with DevSecOps tooling (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions, Snyk).
