What this role is about: RapidSOS is looking for a Director of Implementation Engineering to lead our enterprise B2B implementation team, driving the delivery of mission-critical integrations across our enterprise customer base. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll stay close to the technical work itself, writing code and solving complex integrations alongside your team, while guiding their shift toward a flexible, code-first, AI-forward way of working and building the operational rigor that lets the team scale to meet growing enterprise demand. Every enterprise deployment your team ships is another link in the safety network — the faster and more reliably you get customers live, the faster your work helps people in emergencies where every second counts.
