Director, Health Plan Enrollment & Eligibility

The Director, Health Plan Enrollment & Eligibility will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of health plan enrollment and eligibility systems, ensuring audit readiness and accurate census management. This role will oversee the design, development, and deployment of systems and processes to manage health plan enrollment, eligibility, and census data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health plan enrollment and eligibility systems, ensuring audit readiness and accurate census management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy systems and processes to manage health plan enrollment, eligibility, and census data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on enrollment and eligibility systems.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong technical skills in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Experience with data management and analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
