Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive health communication plans that align with client objectives and public health guidelines.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of communicators, designers, and technologists to produce clear, evidence‑based messaging.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups, ensuring consistent and transparent information flow.
- Oversee crisis communication efforts, preparing rapid response protocols and media briefings for emergent health events.
- Monitor and evaluate communication impact using metrics and analytics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in health communication, public affairs, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large programs.
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) and experience working in secure environments.
- Strong expertise in strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex health data into accessible content.
- Demonstrated leadership and program management abilities, including budget oversight and team development.
