About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the GTM data governance framework, establishing policies, standards, and processes for CRM data across the organization.
- Lead CRM data modeling efforts, ensuring data structures support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
- Drive change management programs to embed data governance practices into daily workflows and promote data stewardship culture.
- Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure data quality, usage, and business impact.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to align data strategy with business objectives and roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields, with a focus on CRM systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement data models and governance frameworks at scale.
- Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of data practices.
- Experience defining and monitoring data‑related KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
