Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end analytics projects for group insurance, translating complex data into actionable business insights.

- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to optimize underwriting, pricing, and member engagement.
- Present findings to senior leadership, translating technical results into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics or data science within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong background in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high‑performing analytics teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
