About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end business solution strategy for GPV lead systems, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of SAP‑based and data integration solutions, applying best‑in‑class architecture principles.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders—including R&D, manufacturing, and commercial units—to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Drive agile project delivery, overseeing sprint planning, risk management, and performance metrics to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Mentor and develop senior analysts and solution architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business solutions architecture, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life‑science industry.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules, data integration platforms, and enterprise solution design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of leading global, cross‑functional teams.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and project governance in complex, regulated environments.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
