About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and architect end‑to‑end GenAI and machine learning projects, translating business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready models and applications using Python and GenAI frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to define analytical strategies and prioritize high‑impact initiatives.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, ensuring best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
- Oversee model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement in a production environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in machine learning, GenAI, and data science with a proven track record of delivering production models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with GenAI libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI).
- Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end data pipelines and deploying models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD for ML workflows is a plus.
