Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing full‑stack team delivering scalable web solutions, driving architecture, code quality, and deployment pipelines using JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end development of web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior staff.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS) for rapid, reliable releases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on full‑stack JavaScript technologies.
- Proven leadership in managing large, distributed teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Deep expertise in React, Node.js, SQL databases, AWS services, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in fintech or automotive financing domains is a plus.
