Lead the design and deployment of advanced predictive models to forecast attendance and ticket revenue, driving financial strategy across multiple parks using Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate predictive models for attendance and ticket revenue forecasting across multiple parks.
- Extract and analyze structured and unstructured guest data to uncover behavioral insights and optimize sales channels.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to translate model outputs into actionable financial strategies.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and continuous model improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields with a focus on forecasting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, time‑series analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data insights into business strategy.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.
