Key Responsibilities

- Assess and mitigate physical and cyber risks, implementing controls and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate security into operational workflows.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive security leadership experience, preferably in field or operational settings.
- Deep knowledge of security operations, incident response, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive cross‑departmental initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GRC, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
