About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise AI architecture and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Cyber Security, Data, and Operations—to design and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and responsible.
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and operating models for AI initiatives, driving continuous improvement and measurable business impact.
- Partner with the Office of the CTO to integrate AI capabilities into the broader digital transformation agenda, accelerating time‑to‑value.
- Champion best practices in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud deployment while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and delivery at scale, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data engineering pipelines.
- Strong background in cybersecurity principles as applied to AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into technical roadmaps and operational models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior executives.
